This one’s for all you rockero fans out there. While the Grammy winning rock band, Black Guayaba, were promoting their second album, No Hay Espacio, they had some down time with MTV Tr3s Radio Noticias where they expressed their excitement about this year’s nom for “Mejor Disco” in the Pop and Latin Rock category for the Latin Billboard Awards. We’re super excited to see if the band gets the win next week when the award show airs.

Now no disrespect to the reggaeton crew out there, but the band revealed that they are not big fans of the Tra Tra Tra beats. Funny thing is, they had an inside joke of a reggaeton song they tried to compose but couldn’t go through with it because it’s not what they were born to do. No surprise there, these guys are rockers with their own taste and style, which we love through and through. [MTV Tr3s Radio Noticias]
