Just when you thought it was over, the cast of Twilight is back for more.

Although shooting has wrapped already, Summit Entertainment is bringing the gang back to film additional scenes. This was intended to be a secret, but the cast spilled the beans at the 90210 premiere party event on Sunday. Kellan Lutz (Emmett Cullen) told MTV News:

I’m so psyched about it; we are shooting Monday, Tuesday and Thursday this week, and it’s really cool.

Why the new scenes? We can only speculate. Perhaps it’s all the pressure from the new November 21st release date (Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince has been postponed leaving that slot wide open)? Or…could it possibly be… someone is not pleased with the current outcome (gasp!)? Peter Facinelli assures us that’s not the case; see what he has to say about the new scenes post-jump:
