Vanessa Hudgens may have gotten her perfect ending in "High School Musical 3," but her real life courtroom drama is anything but jolly.
According to reports, this is the second time in the past year that the Disney star has been sued. Johnny Vieira recently filed a $5 million lawsuit against Vanessa and her management for allegedly going against a "production agreement," which involved share advances and merchandising revenue. This is all a fancy way of saying that the guy claims he got stiffed out of his cut of royalties.
Vanessa and her familia are ready to battle the producer in court. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Malcolm Mackey has scheduled the trail date to begin on May 11, 2009.
