We know the Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art was a few days ago but we wanted to save our fun post for TGI Friday! The celebs were all decked out in their “fantasy” gear in honor of Giorgio Armani’s Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy exhibit appearing at the MET in NYC. Fergie collaborating with Los Tigres Del Norte has been an ongoing rumor in the music world for a while now but MTV News decided to ask los charros upfront on teaming with the Ferg. Here’s what bass player Luis Hernández had to say on their collaboration and — if it were to happen — how Los Tigres would find a way to stick to their Mexican roots alongside the Americana.

When Jen and Marc went dining at the Waverly Inn the other day it was a big coincidence that Fergie and her novio were at the restaurant too! The celeb couples didn’t exchange any words but at least we got to see Jen and Marc finishing up their romantic date. Jennifer, como siempre, looked stunning as always but Marc was looking super gorgeous, better than his last sighting en Nueva York. Ay, qué horrible! Marc also shows off his machismo-ness in this video when the paparazzi were trying to grab at his J.Lo. Very protective! [X17]

We’ve always known Fergie to be part Mexicana but some (*ahem* Latina magazine) peeps are still clueless on Fergie’s Latina roots even though she already explained it a year ago! Regardless, Latina decided to do some snooping on Fergie’s brown side and this is what she said:

“I don’t go around claiming it [being Latina] big time,” the singer explained, “because there are many more full-bred Latinas that are out there to represent.”

Fergie is mainly Scottish-Irish which explains the “full-bred” part. So there you have it. Fergie is part Mexican and that’s that. On a side note, Fergie did not look preggers in her recent Idol Gives Back performance so we guess all those pregnancy rumors about her are totally squashed. [Latina]

This photo of Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie is raising some questions since the part Mexicana looks a little pregnant. Yay, another baby mami on the way! It’s always fun to speculate who’s pregnant but what if Fergie is just gaining a little weight? Seriously, she doesn’t look that big. Can’t a Latina sista just be “fat” instead of pencil-thin? Besides, Latinas have a hard time being really gringa-skinny like Paris Hilton, unless you have the body type of Dayanara Torres. You know what we need, a side shot photo of this chica. Our girl Fergie is giving us good reasons to STAY AWAY from the dope now that she’s openly discussing her previous drug habit in the April issue of Marie Claire. Paranoia, extreme weight loss, looking like a crack hoe, oh yes, that beautiful face we see in all the videos wasn’t so pretty back in the day. But now Fergie is back on track, knowing that meth equals death, crack is wack, and Whitney Houston’s drugs rhymes are just so fine. In a way, Fergie’s stories about hiding in bushes and painting her room black to avoid her “spies” sound a bit funny but in reality it’s really not. We would go crazy if we went through all the paranoia she faced during her wild trips. You know what we mean by trips, and if you don’t, good! Keep it that way! [Marie Claire]
