If you’re wondering what’s been going on with Kat Von D since her hook up with Nikki Sixx or her recent movie role snag in The Bleeding, then look no further cuz the girl is keeping herself busy with writing…a book that is! Ok, maybe she’s not actually writing but the deal is sealed with Harper Collins for the release of Kat’s book that’s going to be a “pictorial timeline” of her vida cuando esta wild chica was una niña chiquita in the tattooing world.

“Going through old photos, I found the very first tattoo I ever did at the age of 14, as well as photos of me tattooing at that age and all the silly hairstyles I rocked in between!” says Kat.

There’s no title for the book yet but Kat is counting on all her fans to help her think of one. How about “Bloody Needles: The Kat Von D Story”? It kinda grabs your attention, no? [Kat Von D MySpace]

Word on the street has it that Miss D is getting her first movie debut in the upcoming horror flick The Bleeding. Filming starts next month in South Carolina with DMX, Pittsburgh Slim, Michael Madsen and Armand Assante. The film is about an ex-Army ranger looking for revenge against the killer of his parents but his mission stalls when he bumps into a family of vampires in a chemical plant-turned-nightclub. No word yet on what role Kat Von D will play but with this chica’s attitude and style it’s sure to be someone who’s badass, not bitchass! [MTV Tr3s Radio Noticias]

The hot, new, tattooed covered Goth couple, Kat Von D and Nikki Sixx, were pictured together yesterday at DETAILS magazine’s ‘Mavericks 2008’ issue release party in Beverly Hills and they were looking pretty tongue in cheek. More proof that Kat Von D and Orbi are so done and over with even though new episodes of L.A. Ink says otherwise.
