Last night L. Boogs celebrated his cumpleaños and took Sucker Free Latino, and some of his favorite amigos (particularly los de La Isla) along for the party.

B-Day scenesters spotted at the venue, New York’s Spotlight Live, were Kat DeLuna, Notch, The DEY, Oro Solido, and Maino (“Hi Hater”). The club was packed with mamacitas y artistas from wall to wall. Boogs made the rounds running into celeb buddies like Malverde, who was big pimpin’ the bottle service in the VIP. The party popped off with The DEY, but the night’s main performance came from Notch, who riled up the crowd for a good twenty minutes. Da CrowdMover himself hit the stage, accompanied by an entourage of scantily clad women dressed like Vicky Secret Angels (let’s see if that makes it on air). To top off la noche exitosa, fellow dominicana Kat DeLuna sang a sultry rendition of Happy Birthday, finishing with a kiss (on the cheek). A very sexy Kat, dressed in all white, closed down the house with a dutty whine while performing “Whine Up” and “Run the Show.”

Other celeb drive-bys included Nina Sky -all grown up with a new look, Carlos Santos from Mi TRL, DJ Enuff and Camilo from the Heavy Hitters Crew and Swizz Beats chillin in the cut. Watch how it went down when the episode airs on Sucker Free Latino July 9th. Más fotos after the jump…

Upfronts are all the rage this week as TV networks are showcasing what’s in store for the new season. This week MTV Tr3s hosted their Upfront party at B.B. Kings in Times Square with Don Omar and Malverde as special guests. El Don along with his signature cornrows and blinged-out watch greeted the audience with a performance of his hits “Dale Don Dale,” “King of Kings,” “Canción De Amor” and a mix of his best tunes. No esposa in sight, but we’ll catch Don and Jackie together sooner or later! It was Malverde who brought the house down with some slam poetry which he then transitioned into his hit song “Este Camino.” Damn that Mal is smooth.

With Fiesta Broadway premiering in less than 24 hours — woo hoo!! — we’re giving you our final inside scoop on what happened behind the scenes. With so many big artists in L.A. last Sunday there were sure to be some celebs hanging around the Tr3s stage to catch the show. We saw singer Paula DeAnda, famed director Jesse Terrero and actress Dania Ramírez hangin’ out backstage waiting for Wisin y Yandel – of course — to perform. Despite a nearby bomb scare at the local McDonalds, everyone left the show in one piece. Unfortunately for us, because we had to put a halt on taking down the Tr3s stage because of the bomb scare, that wait cost us some mucho dinero! Qué lástima. La gente went loca with Mexican fever at Fiesta Broadway to celebrate Mexican American culture this upcoming Cinco de Mayo. Our Fiesta Broadway performers took the time to show off their Mexican pride — even though some have Latin roots from elsewhere — with their best pose con la bandera Mexicana. Remember to catch all the live performances from your favorite music artists this Saturday at 2pm on MTV Tr3s! More Fiesta Broadway noticias! Prima J and Malverde will be performing on the MTV Tr3s stage! The ladies of Prima J are Janelle Martinez and Jessica Martinez (FYI…real life primas) who got their claim to fame in the movie Bratz with their catchy single “Rockstar.” And of course you guys know the very talentoso Malverde. He’s currently MTV Tr3s’ Descubre and Download artist and has won the hearts of many fanáticos with his poderoso lyrics and urban flavor. They will share the stage with the rest of the fiesta artists performing — Kat DeLuna, Wisin y Yandel, Cruz Martinez y Los Super Reyes and Tony Dize!

And the surprise celebrity guest appearance you’ve all been dying to know…Pee Wee! That’s right, before Pee Wee’s grand premiere on Bust a Ritmo airing June 16th, you fiesta attendees will be able to catch Pee Wee on the Tr3s stage live and in person! So let’s see.
