Pee Wee has conquered his legal drama!

After months of contractual issues with EMI, the “Bust A Ritmo” host has finally been set free and plans on releases his solo debut album in early 2009. Word is that Pee Wee has already laced his primer dance single, “Quédate.” Despite having long-term beef with A.B. Quintanilla, the Mexicano is prepared to silence all his haters and get right to business.

He recently spoke-out about becoming a solo artist:

Yo sé que el público como yo ya están desesperados de tener un tema de Pee Wee como solista.

Pee Wee has definitely paid his dues, and we have waited long enough for his stardom verdad?! [Es Mas]

Pee Wee is officially the king of Los Reyes del Show by winning the $1 million grand prize on the variety show’s season finale. The Bust A Ritmo host had a tough act to follow after competing against season veteran Gloria Trevi, but after several intense rounds Pee Wee y las Fuentes‘ grade-A moves towered over the rest of the competition for the second season in a row! La Trevi did not bow out without a fight, and luckily finished in second place.

Pee Wee may have found a new acting gig while he waits for the controversial legal battle with EMI records and A.B. Quintanilla to clear-up.

Pee Wee remains hopeful about his solo music career, but the multifaceted chico was recently offered the opportunity to star in an upcoming telenovela. Well-versed director, Pedro Damián is abandoning his “Rebelde” cause and developing a new addictive soap opera for los jovenes. Despite Pee Wee’s limited acting experience, Pedro revealed that the estrella shined during the audition.

He states:

No tiene ninguna formación actoral, sin embargo tiene la formación del artista que interpreta, entonces a la hora que lo pusimos en un personaje que se parece a él, lo hizo muy bien, así que no creo que tenga ningún problema de interpretación.

Pee Wee is starting to grow impatient about being contractually bound to his original deal with EMI, which is currently in the process of legal settlement.

However, the young star admits that the wait is starting to take a toll. The “Bust a Ritmo” güey is definitely set on his future plans for super-stardom, but the wait time for recording his debut album continues to stretch longer and longer.

Pee Wee states:

Como quisiera decirles que sí, que ya finalmente ya, pero desafortunadamente no se resuelven los problemas, no quiere decir que no habrá Pee Wee para el futuro. Esto tiene que resolverse tarde o temprano, yo sé que el público como yo ya están desesperados de tener un tema de Pee Wee como solista.

Dirty minds step to the side! Word has it that Pee Wee and Dulce Maria may hook-up for a new telenovela.

“Rebelde” producer Pedro Damian has started an exclusive casting call for a new soap opera dedicated to the teen demographic. Without a doubt, former-RBD starlet Dulce Maria is rumored to star in the leading role and chisme has it that Pee Wee is also being considered for a galán role! The ex-Kumbia All-Star revealed that he is already taking acting classes to land the script.

Pee Wee does not play around when it comes to his career. The ex-Kumbia All Starz estrella has exchanged fighting words with A.B. Quintanilla in the past, but now he is setting the record straight once and for all…

Pee Wee has dodged messy contractual agreements, court appearances, and A.B. Quintanilla’s disses, but the tiny güey appears to have had enough. The latest chisme revealed that A.B. didn’t want Pee Wee singing his solo verses in español because that is how the Bust A Ritmo host earned his fame with the Kumbia Kings crew.

Pee Wee finally decided to set the record straight by stating:

No le debo nada a nadie, después de estar cinco años impuesto en esas agrupaciones reconozco que no ha sido fácil la carrera de solista.

Like our abuelitas say, ‘Nada es fácil en esta vida!’ Pee Wee will be performing solo in Durago, Mexico on November 1st. We think that should silence all of his haters for a while! Si o no? [La Oreja]

Rumor has it that Pee Wee has been hooking up with a couple of soñadoras from the competition “El show de los sueños,” but the ex-Kumbia King is giving the real 411 on matters of the heart…

Despite all of the romance chismes, Pee Wee spelled out the truth for all his fans and declared that he is still a bachelor. Hopefuls shouldn’t get too excited! The singer also mentioned that he is too busy to get down with a serious novia right now.

He states:

No puedo tener una relación ahora, es difícil, apenas tengo tiempo para mí. Espero que cuando tenga una relación pueda darle mi mente y la atención a la chava.

The drama continues between Pee Wee and A.B. Quintanilla…

Apparently, the “Bust A Ritmo” host doesn’t agree with the way A.B. peeps have handled the legal dilemma with los hermanos Roque y Memo Morales. The ex-Kumbia All Starz duo are seeking justice after claiming that they were not rightfully compensated for their participation in the group. In turn, Quintanilla’s lawyers are insinuating that the brothers were never officially a part of the All Starz.

Since experiencing his own legal controversy, Pee Wee didn’t hesitate to diss A.B. about the heated battle:

Eso es absurdo por qué dicen eso, que digan que ellos no eran parte de la agrupación es absurdo, ustedes (a la prensa) con sus propios ojos sabían que sí lo eran.

In regards to whether he would ever work with Quintanilla again:

No me dejaría que me dieran dos cachetadas, con una es suficiente.
