Yeah, we couldn't believe this either!! Apparently Wilmer and Avril have been spotted out and about in Los Angeles... JUNTOS!

After a first date at Nobu last month, la pareja were seen getting cozy at L.A. night club Wonderland last weekend.

A witness says:

"She had her hand on his knee and they were whispering in each other's ear, laughing. They even closed the club, sneaking out just after 2."

Pero, don't get the wrong idea!  Wilmer Valderrama is set to star in an upcoming new FOX sitcom based on our favorite dog-loving Latino, Cesar Millan of 'The Dog Whisperer.'  In the new half-hour show, Wilmer will play a character who's made su fortuna entrenando perros, much like Millan has done en la vida reál.

The show will be written and produced by Emily Kapnek, who is currently known for HBO sitcom 'Hung,' but who had previously worked on a pilot with Wilmer for a show called 'The Emancipation of Ernesto.'  We can't wait to see how the Venezuelan/Colombian heartthrob will fare with his little four-legged friends!  Algo tenemos por seguro, it'll be a really entertaining show!  [Variety]

You know what else was entertaining?  Watching Wilmer Valderrama try to present an award with Audrina Patridge en español.  Wilmer did his best to teach the 'Hills' bombshell how to say algunas palabras en español, pero... well, let's just say Audrina's Spanish is for the dogs (zing!).  If you haven't seen their hilarious presentation that had Wilmer struggling to keep a straight face yet, you'll just have to tune in to MTV Tr3s tonight a las 7pm EST to watch an encore of Los Premios MTV 2009!!

According to our Premios spies, Hills star, Audrina Patridge and Venezuelan actor, Wilmer Valderrama spent most of last night together rehearsing their script for Premios MTV 2009. We can't imagine them having such a long script to work on, especially for a show with such a promising line-up including performances by Wisin y Yandel & 50 Cent, Cobra Starship & Paulina Rubio, and Shakira! So the next logical reason why they rehearsed until the wee hours of the morning is because Audrina will be speaking in Spanish! They couldn't possibly be doing working on anything else right?! *cough*

Parece que a Audrina se le olvido el español! As this clip from the first episode of Karlifornia season 1 shows, Audrina can speak and understand Spanish!

Looks like this could be one of two things (1) a serious case of amnesia or (2) a stomach full of butterflies! We're going to go with número dos! What do you think?

Of course, there's only one way to find out. Tune in to MTV Tr3s tomorrow at 10pm to watch Los Premios MTV 2009 and see for yourself if the sparks are flying between Wilmer and Audrina!

Our favorite Venezuelan/Colombian from 'That 70's Show' is back! This time, however, Wilmer Valderrama is putting his acting chops on hold to jump detrás de las camaras to direct an episode of Disney children's TV show 'The Imagination Movers' in New Orleans.

So how does he feel about sitting in the director's chair?

"I love it… I get to appreciate both sides now, being in front of the camera and behind the camera."

But Wilmer is no stranger to sitting in the hot seat. He previously directed the video for Omar Cruz & Frankie J's collabo "To The Top." If he keeps it up we may have the next Latino Spielberg on our hands! [AP]

What do all of these stars have in common?

They all supported the Latino Commisson on AIDS during the 14th Annual Cielo Latino Gala on Tuesday night at Cipriani Wall Street in NYC. The organization Cielo Latino continues to be the largest Annual National fundraiser for the Latino community against HIV. It's no coincidence that the non-profit exists since the fastest growing ethnic group in the U.S., Latinos constitute 14% of the U.S. population but account for over 20% of the AIDS cases.

This year's gala garnered the support of the likes of Wilmer Valderrama,  Lupe Ontiveros, Dayana Mendoza, Rosie Perez, Cucu Diamantes, Carmen Dominicci, and our very own Carlos Santos. Gossip birds have been chirpin' like locos!

While Chris Brown has been battling his court issues, word is that Rihanna has been living it up sola. The "Rehab" singer was seen hitting-up Wilmer Valderrama's karaoke party with girlfriends last night at the Geisha House. According to E Online, Riri was trying to hide from paps by wearing shades and opting to sit in a private booth surrounded by bodyguards. Spies confirmed that she did not get up to sing, but appeared upbeat and friendly.

Wilmer Valderrama joins the quickly growing list of Latino celeb activists with his new PETA misión.

The "That 70's Show" star has a clear message: unless it's Britney Spears' circus, he wants no part of the show. The 29-year-old just shot a PSA in order to draw attention to the plight of animals in circuses. In it, Wilmer takes viewers behind-the-scenes of the big top for a look at the lives of abused animales and urges familias to boycott these shows.

He also talks about his own experiences with the circus as a child in Venezuela. Find out his thoughts after the jump!

Our favorite Venezuelan/Colombian from 'That 70's Show' is back! After nabbing some major movie roles and trying his hand in various other projects (including launching his own clothing line), Wilmer Valderrama has recently been cast en una nueva comedia on FOX called 'The Emancipation of Ernesto.' The one-hour comedy will focus on Ernesto's tireless search for both his father and love on the mean streets of Los Angeles, all the while being totally oblivious to the issues around him. Pero claro, somehow everything always works out in favor of the hapless protagonista. Hmm, sounds a little Forrest Gump-y to us, but let's see lo que pasa!
