After a series of auditions, Daddy Yankee has found his leading man for the “Talento De Barrio” sequel…

Don Omar has been offered the script to the barrio blockbuster! Besides flexing his hustling skills on-screen, the ”Salio El Sol” reggaetonero plans on shining for his acting debut in “Fast And The Furious” speeding into theaters in June 2009. The offer hasn’t been inked on paper yet, but if everything runs according to plan, filming for the película is set to begin in February.

Daddy Yankee explains that he may be an amateur in the movie business, but he still gives it 100%:

Obviamente soy un principiante en ese ámbito. Tengo mucho que aprender; tengo que seguir desarrollando, lo reconozco públicamente, pero como te dije me encantan los retos y voy a seguir hacia adelante.

From his multi-million dollar career to his picture perfect wifey Jackie Guerrido, the “Angelito” reggaetonero has been blessed with it all. Pero, Don Omar didn’t earn “El Rey de los Reyes” title overnight. He recently revealed the true secret behind his hustle…just remember to take notes.

Don states that in order to become royalty you have to stay focused and determined:

¡Soy un adicto al trabajo! Me levanto a las seis de la mañana todos los días, tomo mi baño, me preparo y desayuno a las 8.15 para estar frente a mi escritorio y ver el día de Don Omar. Ahí me quedo hasta pasado el mediodía, luego me dedico a una compañía de artistas nuevos con los que estoy trabajando y otros tantos proyectos que cuidar. A veces termino mi jornada como a la 1 de la madrugada.

The “Canción de Amor” singer also believes in keeping all of his worlds balanced:

Jackie Guerrido and Don Omar have been hitched since April, and now that the honeymoon is over the television host is finally revealing what married life is like with “The King of Kings.”

The popular nightly weather girl has made a couple of adjustments since tying the knot, including exchanging the Miami heat and moving into Don’s cool New Jersey mansion. In a recent interview with El Nuevo Miami Herald, the Bronx native reveals why she was drawn to the “Nadie Como Tú” reggaetonero and clears-up all of the pregnancy chismes.

The brunette beauty explains how Don Omar stole her corazón:

Para una mujer es muy importante encontrar a alguien que te dé estabilidad y apoyo y eso es lo que me ha pasado. La estabilidad te permite desarrollar cualquier tipo de cosa, cosas que, incluso, a veces ignoras que puedes realizar. William [Don Omar] me ha dejado ver que tengo muchos talentos.

Since everything in the romance department is running smoothly, are Jackie and Don Omar ready for a bebé? Mrs. Omar has two children from a previous relationship, and seems to be more focused on married life and work for now.

She reveals:

In honor of the strong influence that young Latinos have on the ‘08 Presidential Election, the “Canción De Amor” singer is urging everyone to vote - no matter which candidate you choose!

Of course, that doesn’t mean Don Omar doesn’t have his own favorite candidate. The reggaetonero expressed his love for the Democratic by joining several celebrities in the musical and political collaboration “We Can With Obama.” The newly wed plans on keeping-up the hype this October by supporting Obama during his convention in Miami.

The “Te Regalo Amores” duo are representing for Ivy Queen and are peacefully declaring their own take on La Caballota’s feud with Calle 13. El Visitante was inspired to address his beef in the group’s new track “Q lloren,” and Ivy responded with a few fighting words in return.

While hitting-up Mi TRL, the reggaetoneros declared why they side with Ivy on this one:

“En realidad uno nunca puede decir que no, pues, uno puede tener sus diferencias y su pensamiento propio y la gente muchas veces a veces no comparte el mismo punto de vista, por decirlo así. Latin Grammy-nominees Alexis y Fido and Don Omar are hitting the studio and mastering the rhythmic palette that will leave you bumpin’-and-grindin’ in the school yard or the club.

“The King of Kings” is set to help remix the first track off of the Supernatural duo’s new album set to be released by the end of this year. This is the first time the “Soy Igual Que Tú” stars work with the newly wed heavyweight.

Alexis recently spoke about the privilege of working with Don Omar:

Ring the alarm for this chisme alert! Word has it that Don Omar and his wifey Jackie Guerrido may be expecting.

Apparently the Univision journalist was sick and rushed to the hospital during the show. She was hooked up to an IV after experiencing dizziness and other like symptoms.
