Mexican pop diva Gloria Trevi exchanged vows with lawyer Armando Gomez Thursday in her northern Mexican hometown of Monterrey.

The cathedral was decorated with blue-and-white flowers and filled with other Mexican stars including: Anahi, Amanda Miguel, Carmen Salinas, Maribel Guardia, Paty Manterola, Ana Barbara, and Charytin Goyco. The happy, tearful bride wore a white silk gown and a veil held in place by a crown. And the reception was held at a nearby art museum.

Just about everyone is freaking out about the recent swine flu epidemic including Gloria Trevi.

The Mexican pop star recently canceled all of her tour dates in Spain due to the deadly outbreak that penetrated her country two weeks ago. The Health Secretary of Mexico, José Ángel Córdova has confirmed that at least twenty deaths have been reported thus far. As a result, a great sense of fear as taken over as everyone waits for answers in regards to how the disease was born.

La Trevi decided to cancel and stay with her family to ensure that they are as safe as possible. She apologized to all of her Spanish fans and declared that she will visit Madrid once the madness is over. We are glad she knows to put familia and salud first.

Flex won big at last night's 2009 Latin Billboard Awards at the BankUnited Center in Miami!!!

He did tell us he was going to make history! The Panamanian star is used to spreading his romantic style, but it was time for fans to scream "Te Quiero" in return. Besides throwing down an electrifying performance complete with on-stage fireworks and a unisex dance crew, Flex also snatched the golden premios for categories including, "Hot Latin Song of the Year" and "Latin Album of the Year." Claro, he made his acceptance speeches as entertaining as his dance moves with his random "es que te quiero" bursts of melodies on stage.

Check below the hood for more news and pics on last night's big winners!

Paulina Rubio and Gloria Trevi have more in common than their love for rock.

Our Miami spies caught the chic pop roqueras chilling in style at the famous Fointanbleau Hotel in honor of the upcoming Latin Billboard Awards. The "Cinco Minutos" estrella looked classy in a black mini-dress and Prada shoes, while La Chica Dorada shined in an orange mini-dress and fresh bronze tan. Las chicas and guests, including Cristian Castro and Xtreme, were getting their (moderate) free drink on after rehearsals. Check the fresh fotos and let us know what you think they are chatting about...

La Trevi is taking justice into her own hands...

Eleven years after surviving her controversial sex scandal and serving five years in prison for sexual assault, Gloria Trevi is firing back at an Aztec Television journalist for defamation of character. The "Cinco Minutos" singer slammed a lawsuit against the entertainment reporter, Pati Chapoy for slander. Gloria's lawyer, Raymond Thomas revealed that specific damages have not been determined yet.

However, the case was sparked after the host allegedly created several harsh rumors against Gloria, including reporting that she was involved in a major drug cartel operation. Watch her interview addressing her haters and more after the jump!

"Pelo Suelto" fanatics know that Gloria Trevi is a multifaceted entertainer...

Besides swinging her teased hair like a likable loca, La Trevi starred in a series of peliculas in the 80s including, "La Papa Sin Catsup." Now the "Cinco Minutos" singer is preparing for her movie comeback, but she isn't being a loud mouth about the cinematic details. What we do know is that the film is going to be a biopic that will start production next year.

As far as revealing more detalles, La Trevi states:

El día que los productores estén listo ellos serán los encargados de dar toda la información tocante al proyecto, del que se están cuidando todos los detalles.

Bueno, keeping the crowds guessing is the best press tactic. Do we really need her to tell us what to expect? This is going to be a True Hollywood Story on steroids. What do you think about Gloria's movie comeback? [Es Mas]

El Evento 40 is a Mexican Lollapalooza multiplied by one hundred...

And it all went down just two days ago in the Estadio Azteca! Wisin y Yandel joined the annual musical marathon after closing-off their worldwide tour over the weekend. After tempting los fans with their "La Mente Maestra" genius, Dulce Maria and Akon rocked the escenario with their much-talked-about bilingual remix for "Beautiful." The "Don't Matter" fella was so excited that he ripped his white t-shirt off and threw the rest of its remains into the crowd...

Who likes his Calvin's?

La Trevi didn't have to overexpose (too much) in order to bring the 80s back...

And Flex kept it nice and romantic for the ladies...

Who looked their best and who deserved a wardrobe shredder? The mini-skirts were up high (along with the push-up bras) and the pimp suits were dry-cleaned to perfection at last night's Premio Lo Nuestro 2009. Gloria Trevi flossed her winning spirit in a Katy Perry-inspired dress, which we nicknamed 'The Disco Baby Doll' look. The look may have been all silver, but we want to know who you think looked golden all night long...
