Don't be fooled by Thalía's pleasant stare. The industry veteran knows when to draw out las flechas when she needs to, and she has proven just that after dropping EMI Records after a 10-year relationship.

The Mexican mamacita didn't dump the label on bad terms, but their are rumors that she was unhappy with the promotional effort exercised for her last album "Lunada." After fulfilling the contractual agreement and selling nearly 20 million albums, Thalía is deciding to make sweet música with her hubby, Tommy Mottola's label Casablanca Records. The "I Want You" singer plans on cutting a thick slice of sabrosura with an appetizing duet with Robbie Williams.

There is no doubt that Tommy will make her la reina of Casablanca! Hopefully work and pleasure mixes as well as sal y limón for the married couple. [People en Español]

Thalía has been showing off her urban side with recent opus Lunada. The hype began with her reggae-induced song “Aventurero," a beat that featured a mystery guest artist (Sean Paul anyone?). Ahora, the Mexican pop star has joined forces with El Cangri to record a remix version of hit single "Ten Paciencia." The new version is due to hit the airwaves esta semana.

While this collabo might come as una sopresa to many of her fans, it was a no brainer for the current Artist Speaking Tr3s chica:

Thalía has much to be happy about these days. The release of Lunada has kept her in the spotlight, and the birth of her baby has kept her glowing. However, if you were to ask the Mexican pop star what she's most happy with in her life, the answer won't be her successful music or acting career, clothing line or any other business venture:

A mí cuando me preguntan qué te gusta más, actuar, eh cantar, ser artista, ser estrella, yo digo…bueno, lo que más me gusta a mí, mi don es compartir la felicidad, compartir luz, compartir alegría, eso es mi don. Mi don es pasar la felicidad y la alegría a la gente y sacarles una sonrisa, eh sacarles pues una lágrima de pronto con alguna de mis canciones, o con alguno de mis personajes de televisión. Eso es mi regalo, mi don, lo que yo comparto y lo que a mí me hace feliz.

Thalía's 13th studio album, Lunada, hit the shelves this week and we want some feedback! The Latin Grammy-nominated superstar describes her latest work as "an expression of freedom and rejoices," and says that this album is a product of the happiest time of her life.

Definitivamente este disco viene en un momento muy importante en mi vida. Estoy completamente motivada, completamente ilusionada. Estoy enamorada de la vida. Este disco es fiesta, este disco es vacación, se llama Lunada, porque eso es lo que quise proyectar.

While most of the album does give a soft, sensual feel, it wouldn't be complete without una canción dedicated to her baby, Sabrina Sakae, which is entitled "Bendita." This is not your average, sappy lullaby, however. Instead, Thalía shakes things up with an upbeat, reggae-inspired jam.  Little Sabrina's got one fabulous mami!

We've been hearing some rumors about Thalía's upcoming album Lunada (out on June 24th!), particularly in regards to la canción "Aventurero." Apparently, this song is not exactly what you would expect to hear from the Mexican pop princess, as it features a prominent "urban" artist. No one's spilling the fríjoles just yet on quien es el misterioso guest performer - you'll have to wait 'til Tuesday to find out for sure - but we have a feeling it will be a nice surprise to some! Thalía has confessed that she likes to try new things, hence her experimentation con un nuevo sonido.
