Jennifer Lopez's first husband, Ojani Noa, claims his upcoming movie,"How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story" is a parody about their short marriage: a mockumentary, not a documentary. However, Jennifer is not laughing.
Lopez's lawyers have sent Noa a cease-and-desist letter ordering the film, which is still in its pre-production phase, to be shut down.
This isn't the first time Noa has attempted to profit off his marriage with Lopez. Ojani attempted a tell-all book about their marriage in 2006, and was served with an injunction in 2007 which bans him from "licensing, disseminating, distribution... any book manuscript or other written materials which contain private or intimate details about Lopez or Noa's relationship with Lopez."
The movie's director claims the feature is "100% parody" and therefore does not fall under the restrictions of the 2007 injunction.
Lopez and Noa were married in '97 and divorced un año despues in '98. Ojani attributes their break-up to Jennifer's infidelity.
Sounds like la película might reveal some juicy chismes! Would you watch "How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story?" The film hopes to begin casting soon and begin shooting in February 2010 -- if they get past JLo that is! [AccesHollywood]

It's good to have friends in high places -- and a hot bod, novio (fiance?) and Oscar-winning carrera!
We caught Penelope Cruz looking stunning on the red carpet at the 62nd Annual Cannes Film Festival. She and her good friend, el director legendario Pedro Almodovar, shared a few moments together while basking en la atención de sus fans.
The movie, which is steeped in film noir style, stars Penelope Cruz as the glamorous Lena, a former escort who aspires to act. One of the most intriguing things about esta película are the variety of looks that Penelope trots out, from stylized '50s make-up to Audrey Hepburn-esque updos.
1) Soy perezoso. You were too lazy to complete the assigned readings by Lorca that tus profesores gave you in Spanish class (Bernarda Alba who?) Watching la acción en la pantalla is much more interesting!
2) Me encanta el drama! You are so bewildered by the switch to digital television that you shut off the boob tube para siempre. Now there are no more telenovelas to watch, and you need a good dose of drama, of which the movie is chock-full: un romance homosexual, a love triangle, jealous friends, betrayal y más!
3) Estoy loco por Robert Pattinson. The next installation of the Twilight saga, New Moon, won't be out until November 2009 and you've got a hankering for some R-Pat. Besides, you really want to understand what is up with his wacktastic mustache.
Little Ashes hit screens nationwide on May 8th . Get yourself schooled en la cultura Española by watching this dynamic, Pattinson-packed flick and continue checking Blogamole for additional scenes.
The year Da Brat got us "Funkdafied" and Ace of Base showed us the signs. It was also the year a Cuban-American broke ground on some controversial issues -- homosexuality, HIV and AIDS -- on a pioneer reality TV show. Pedro Zamora moved into the Real World House in San Francisco that year and changed how we all thought about AIDS.
Pedro left such an impact on nuestra cultura that his story garnered personal attention from none other than President Bill Clinton, who thanked Pedro for his social contributions shortly before he passed away. It's no wonder that 15 years later the film tribute to Pedro Zamora evokes such a poignant, emotional response from the 42nd President.
Whether you are learning about Pedro's story for the first time, or taking a trip down memory lane it promises to leave you inspired. Check out the behind-the-scenes spoiler from the upcoming film Pedro and hear some words from former president Bill Clinton below:
No olvides, Pedro airs on MTV Tr3s April 1st at 8PM. Gather tu familia around la tele, and get the tissues ready.
We couldn't wait until Tuesday to spill this Twilight chisme!
Rob Pattinson was recently mobbed by Twilighters in Mexico! Las chicas couldn't wait to sink their teeth into the real life Edward Cullen. The British actor was welcomed by intense screams and a sombrero attack while arriving to the airport to promote the blockbuster film. Apparently Mr. Roberto received professional training on dodging hat attacks because he kept his cool the entire time! ¿Qué chido verdad?!
RBD fans may be feeling a "Rebelde" heartbreak all over again...
Word is that the "Tu Amor" singers will not be sharing their on-screen love in the near future. The group's producer Pedro Damián recently confirmed that their farewell film project has been put on hold due to scheduling conflicts.
Pedro adds:
I don't know what's going to happen. I have to say I'm a bit sad about it. Everything's up in the air.
¡Qué pena! Don't they realize how tormenting the wait will be? [People en Español]
