Once the final decision has been made we’ll name the lucky fan who is set to receive una llamada from the ex Kumbia King, and who will have their design posted on the MTV Tr3s site, Blogamole, and Pee Wee’s Official My Barrio page.

If you don’t make the cut, no te preocupes. There’s still a chance for your skills to shine. There will be two runner ups picked as well!

We know the Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art was a few days ago but we wanted to save our fun post for TGI Friday! The celebs were all decked out in their “fantasy” gear in honor of Giorgio Armani’s Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy exhibit appearing at the MET in NYC. Thalía has a reputation of being quite the diva, so when it came time for our crew to get some one-on-one time with the Mexican starlet it caused some of our peeps to miss a heartbeat or two. But contrary to the gossip, Thalía was as sweet as azúcar and no diva at all when it came time to film her Mother’s Day special for MTV Tr3s airing this Saturday at 2pm for Chicas Arriba and Tr3s or False. Jason Castro may be gone but we’re focusing on the success this dread-head made for all alternative Latinos everywhere. Estamos orgullosos de este Colombiano for making it to the top four in this squeaky clean, predictable pop show. Jason’s “peace, love and happiness vibe” was reason enough to watch American Idol, man. No doubt David Archuleta and David Cook will be the final two in this season’s finale — way to ruin the show, producers – but all you “Dreadheads” and “Castronauts” who want to have a little “Memory” flashback of Jason Castro need to keep on reading after the jump.

With Fiesta Broadway premiering in less than 24 hours — woo hoo!! — we’re giving you our final inside scoop on what happened behind the scenes. With so many big artists in L.A. last Sunday there were sure to be some celebs hanging around the Tr3s stage to catch the show. We saw singer Paula DeAnda, famed director Jesse Terrero and actress Dania Ramírez hangin’ out backstage waiting for Wisin y Yandel – of course — to perform. Despite a nearby bomb scare at the local McDonalds, everyone left the show in one piece. Unfortunately for us, because we had to put a halt on taking down the Tr3s stage because of the bomb scare, that wait cost us some mucho dinero! Qué lástima. Aside from Yandel’s revealing chisme on Wisin’s wedding nuptials, a lot of work went down on the set of Tony Dize’s music video for “Permitame” off his debut album La Melodía De La Calle. Parece que el vídeo va a estar bien caliente, especially after catching a glimpse of the two lovely ladies helping out on the set! Fellas, you definitely have a right to be jealous! What a night for Christina Aguilera! She was seen partying hard and dirty last night and from the looks of it, she had way too much fun at the bar she was seen leaving. The pop princess, who recently gave birth to her son Max in January, had a hard time getting safely back to her car. Alright, you guys have waited long enough to see what went on behind the scenes with Pee Wee and Los Super Reyes that drew Karli Henriquez to tears. To fill you guys in on the chisme, Cruz Martínez and Pee Wee were in the Kumbia Kings where they both had a falling out with band leader A.B. Quintanilla. Cruz left the successful group first with Pee Wee following shortly after. Ever since then we wondered if Cruz and Pee Wee ever had any beef since Pee Wee was still B.F.F. with A.B. at the time Cruz made his split.
